Role Description
The Area Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delta, responsible for driving sales performance and territory growth for Multimedica Sco's medical equipment portfolio. This role involves managing and coaching a local sales team, setting clear targets, monitoring results, and providing regular performance feedback. The Area Sales Supervisor will visit customers, build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, address inquiries, and ensure high-quality customer service before and after the sale. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting product training and demonstrations for customers and team members. The role requires consistent field presence in the assigned area and close collaboration with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess market data, evaluate sales performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- 6+ years of experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Sales.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Training skills to lead sales staff, develop talent, and deliver product and sales training as needed.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and represent the company professionally with healthcare clients.
- Relevant experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare-related sales is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in territory management, account development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delta, travel within the assigned area, and maintain a structured, goal-oriented work approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is advantageous.
