Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets for one of our premium fragrance brands in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, ensuring operational excellence, and leading store teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the operations of multiple fragrance retail outlets across assigned locations in Qatar.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to ensure high productivity and employee engagement.
- Ensure all stores maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a luxury shopping experience for all customers.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, operational updates, and performance analysis to management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff when required.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with the marketing and retail teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or area supervision, preferably within fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting systems.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Arabic and English fluency required.
