What you'll do:
SHOT is building one of the region's most loved caf brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will supervise multiple SHOT cafs within a specific area, ensuring quality, staffing, smooth operations, and successful new store launches. This is a highly on-ground role that requires frequent store visits, strong people management, and a problem-solving mindset.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Conducting quality control checks across cafs in your area to ensure consistent and high beverage standards
- Launching new SHOT stores and supporting store teams during the opening phase
- Troubleshooting day-to-day barista and store-level operational issues
- Supporting hiring by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new baristas
- Creating and managing barista schedules and shift plans to ensure adequate coverage
- Managing and motivating baristas, ensuring discipline, attendance, and performance standards
- Coordinating with training teams to arrange refreshers where needed
- Acting as the key liaison between store teams and central operations
What you'll need:
- 47+ years of experience in caf operations or multi-store supervision is required, including prior experience as a senior barista
- Prior experience as a shift supervisor or caf in-charge is preferred
- Strong people-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stores simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required
- Willingness to travel frequently between stores
- Hands-on operator mindset and comfort with fast-paced working environments
