Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the company's visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
  • Ensure proper product presentation according to brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor window displays, mannequins, in-store layouts, and product placement to ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
  • Provide corrective action plans and follow-up with store teams when standards are not met.
  • Align visual merchandising strategies with sales targets and commercial priorities.
  • Highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal collections to maximize sell-through.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust displays to improve product performance.
  • Lead the implementation of seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotions across stores.
  • Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
  • Provide visual merchandising guidelines, manuals, and updates to the retail team.
  • Support new store openings and store refurbishments.
  • Prepare regular reports on store compliance, visual standards, and improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field is desirable
  • 36 years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail.
  • Experience managing multiple stores or regions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and retail merchandising principles.
  • Excellent visual presentation and styling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve merchandising.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stores.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
