This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo for an Art Conservator. The Art Conservator will be responsible for preserving and restoring artifacts, conducting meticulous assessments, and planning conservation strategies. Tasks include researching historical and material contexts, maintaining detailed records of conservation activities, and providing expert recommendations for the care and display of artifacts. Collaboration with other professionals, such as museum staff and curators, will also be required to ensure the long-term preservation of artwork.

• Expertise in Art Conservation techniques and knowledge of historical and cultural materials
• Proficiency in conducting Research and creating Conservation Strategies
• Strong attention to detail and skills in Documenting and Record-Keeping
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, including Curators and Museum Personnel
• Experience with chemical and physical treatment methods used in artifact preservation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art Conservation, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in a museum or heritage-related environment is a plus
