JOB ROLE OVERVIEW
The Art Director leads Catchers design team and drives the creative vision across all client campaigns and agency-produced content. The role ensures visual consistency, reviews and approves all creative deliverables before client delivery, and coordinates closely with Client Relations and Influencer Relations to align creative output with campaign strategy.
KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction capacity.
- Proven experience leading a design team within an agency setting (branding, advertising, or influencer marketing).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative direction across social, digital, and print.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion/video principles is a plus.
- Experience with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to defend creative decisions to clients and leadership.
- Ability to work methodically and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the creative vision and visual direction for all client campaigns and agency content
- Lead, mentor, and manage the design team (graphic designers, motion designer), assigning and reviewing work
- Review and approve all creative deliverables before they are sent to clients
- Coordinate with Client Relations and Influencer Relations to ensure creative aligns with campaign strategy and client expectations
- Set and maintain visual and brand standards across the agency's output
- Present creative concepts and campaign visuals to clients and senior leadership
- Manage creative timelines and resource allocation across concurrent projects
