Art Director

Viola Communications is looking for an experienced and talented Art Director who will be responsible for routinely conceptualizing creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic within the assigned client product(s)/brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for ATL & BTL client campaigns.
• Check concepts against the Creative Briefs to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives.
• Prepare conceptual layouts.
• Coordinate productively with the Designers, Traffic Manager and Account Managers to produce work to budget, deadlines and specifications.
• Supervise photography, typesetting, illustration, voice-over recordings, and production.
• Review all production development for accuracy prior to final production.
• Present creative materials to clients, when required.
• Make prudent use of production art photographic facilities, and other agency resources to resolve client issues.
• Report accurate and timely billable and non-billable time on the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine/Liberal Arts, Graphic and Multimedia Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years in Creative capacities
• Excellent task management
• Good design technical expertise
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
