Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a professional specializing in art logistics, storage, and inventory management. The role involves day-to-day management of art handling, including packing, shipping, and securing the safe transportation of artworks. Tasks also include maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing proper storage of artworks, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all procedures comply with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed inventory records and manage logistics
• Experience in managing

multiple shipments globally as well as local deliveries

• Ability to ensure compliance with international art handling and shipping standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external clients and artists
• Previous experience in art or luxury goods logistics is essential
• Experience dealing with high net worth individuals and/or VIPs is essential
• Experience in sourcing shipping quotes, preparing commercial invoices, insurance coverage, customs clearance essential
• Experience in art exhibitions and art projects desirable
• Good attention to detail
