Job Description

Main Duties:

Teach arts to students across various grade levels, ensuring lessons are well-planned, engaging, and aligned with the curriculum.
Provide instruction in arts theory and performing and visual arts techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpting.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate, create, and express themselves.
Develop and implement hands-on projects, performances, and exhibitions that inspire students to explore their artistic creativity in arts.
Guide students in the development of their artistic skills, providing constructive feedback to support their individual progress.
Provide individualized instruction to students, addressing their unique strengths and areas for improvement in arts.
Incorporate global artistic traditions, cultural expressions, and historical context into lessons to broaden students understanding and appreciation of the arts.
Promote a diverse perspective on the arts, encouraging students to explore a variety of styles and traditions in arts and visual and performing arts.
