Job Description
WSP in the Middle East are seeking a highly experienced AI Business Partner to partner directly with the Project Management Services (PMS) leadership across the Middle East. This senior role acts as the bridge between business strategy, programme delivery, and applied AI, ensuring PMS priorities are translated into practical, scalable, and highvalue solutions.
You will serve as the single point of accountability for defining the PMS AI agenda, shaping use cases with measurable business impact, and ensuring solutions are successfully delivered, adopted, and embedded across major construction programmes.
Responsibilities
Strategic AI Partnership:
- Serve as the dedicated AI Business Partner and primary interface for PMS leadership and delivery teams.
- Translate PMS business priorities into a coherent, actionable AI roadmap.
- Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, constraints, and strategic implications.
UseCase Identification & Value Creation:
- Identify, assess, and prioritise highimpact AI use cases across the PMS lifecycle.
- Develop business cases, KPIs, ROI assessments, and valuerealisation plans.
- Maintain a structured, transparent pipeline from discovery to scale.
Delivery, Adoption & Change Management:
- Oversee endtoend delivery of AI solutions for PMS.
- Ensure readiness and suitability for live project environments.
- Lead adoption and behavioural change to maximise realised value.
Governance, Risk & Assurance:
- Establish and maintain an AI governance framework for PMS.
- Ensure compliance with data, confidentiality, IP, and risk controls.
- Support clientfacing conversations on responsible AI.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track KPIs, benefits, and performance of all initiatives.
- Provide executiveready reporting.
- Refine the PMS AI roadmap based on measured outcomes.
Qualifications
- 810+ years of UAE / Middle East experience.
- Strong background in PMS within the AEC / Construction sector.
- Proven experience delivering digital or AIenabled solutions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Experience
- Tools: P6, Aconex, ACC, Power BI.
- Exposure to GenAI, automation, analytics.
- Experience within enterprise governance environments.
