Artificial Intelligence Consultant

The AI Consultant will drive innovation and efficiency across the organization by leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role involves understanding business challenges, developing intelligent systems, and implementing scalable AI-driven strategies to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Business Integration

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can add value.

Translate business problems into technical AI solutions.

Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot AI initiatives that can be scaled across functions.

Promote AI literacy and awareness within business units.

Solution Development & Implementation

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.

Conduct data exploration, pre-processing, and feature engineering.

Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Monitor and maintain model performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead and manage end-to-end AI project lifecycles.

Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, IT, and Product.

Ensure timely delivery and scalability of AI initiatives.

Compliance & Ethical AI

Ensure AI models are transparent, explainable, and ethically aligned.

Comply with data privacy laws and industry standards.

Maintain documentation and conduct regular model audits.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

Proven track record of successful AI implementation in business settings.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience in NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommender systems is a plus.

Skills

Expertise in Python, R, or relevant programming languages.

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
