Job Description

Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Consultant

Role Overview

The Artificial Intelligence Consultant is responsible for developing and deploying Conversational AI solutions (chatbots and voicebots), using LLMs, Agentic AI, and NLU models. This role executes technical implementations and integrations across environments, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

It combines expertise in prompt engineering, knowledge base structuring, and system integration to enable end-to-end automation and continuous improvement. The Artificial Intelligence Consultant also ensures safe and reliable model behavior, performs fine-tuning, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization, and oversees STT/TTS configuration and maintenance to guarantee high-quality voice and seamless telephony integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Voicebot and Chatbot technical implementation and deployment.
  • Responsible for system integrations for seamless automation across platforms.
  • Ensure safe and reliable AI models by implementing safeguards and governance measures.
  • Engineer and refine prompts to guide LLM behavior and ensure precise, context-aware, and business-aligned responses.
  • Structure knowledge bases technically to ensure accurate and context-aware responses.
  • Configure and maintain STT/TTS systems, ensuring high-quality voice performance.
  • Participate in and support telephony integration for voicebots.
  • Conduct technical documentation analysis and feasibility checks:
  • Assess technical feasibility and architecture constraints
  • Evaluate integrations, APIs, data sources, and platform capabilities
  • Define initial system architecture and dependencies
  • Apply LLM and Agentic AI best practices for hybrid bots (NLU + LLM).
  • Handle development required to support user experience and new integrations.
  • Document architectures, configurations, and deployment processes.
  • Detect and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Conversational Designers, Delivery Managers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Knowledge of Conversational AI, including LLMs and NLU.
  • Degree or background in Engineering or Software Development.
  • Experience with Conversational AI platforms and deploying AI bots.
  • Experience with speech technologies (STT & TTS).
  • Experience in deployment and system integration (APIs, platforms).
  • Experience in prompt engineering.
  • Ability to document architectures, configurations, and deployment procedures clearly.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
