Title - Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

• Rapidly prototype AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows

• Build reusable AI skill libraries and orchestration components

• Work directly with SMEs/business stakeholders to capture operational knowledge

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows

• Develop reusable prompts, workflows, and AI capabilities

• Build lightweight AI frameworks and modular architectures

• Integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems and APIs

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks and tooling

• Operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows

• Experience with rapid AI prototyping and MVP development

• Hands-on expertise with:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• MCP architectures
• OpenAI APIs
• Anthropic Claude
• • Prompt engineering and workflow orchestration experience
• • Strong API and enterprise integration experience
• • Reusable AI architecture/component design experience
• • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
