AI Lead Agentic Experience & Workflows (3-Month Contract)

Contract - 3-6 months

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Lead Agentic Experience & Workflows to design and define AI-driven workflows across SME banking journeys. This role owns the end-to-end AI experience layer, bridging business intent, user experience, and AI delivery to ensure solutions are usable, governed, and production-ready.

This is a hands-on, on-site role ensuring continuity from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define agentic workflows (orchestration logic, triggers, decision paths, outcomes).
• Define human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, escalation paths, and fallback scenarios.
• Translate AI capabilities into user journeys, service flows, and operating models.
• Prototype AI-enabled experiences to validate usability, feasibility, and business value.
• Partner with AI, data, architecture, and engineering teams to align with platform and governance constraints.
• Act as the AI experience authority across SME banking journeys.

Ideal Background

• Experience designing AI-enabled, automation-heavy, or digital products (banking/fintech/enterprise preferred).
• Strong UX, service design, or product design background with systems thinking.
• Banking or financial services experience (SME banking preferred).
• Comfortable working on-site in Dubai with cross-functional teams.
