Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Agent / MCP Developer to build and integrate AI-powered agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI Agents and MCP Servers/Tools.
- Build reusable AI Skills, tool/function-calling, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate LLMs with REST APIs, databases, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
- Develop AI solutions that can retrieve information, make decisions, and execute actions.
- Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize AI agents and integrations.
- Implement secure integrations using authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and API Keys.
- Document MCP tools, AI Skills, APIs, and integrations.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Agents.
- Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with REST APIs, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of databases and data retrieval.
- Experience with Git and modern development practices.
Preferred Skills
- OpenAI or other LLM platforms.
- LangChain / LlamaIndex.
- RAG and Vector Databases.
- Cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Docker and CI/CD.
- Enterprise system integrations.
