Artificial Intelligence Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for design, production, and logistics optimization.
• Build predictive models for demand forecasting, material usage, and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and manage data to drive insights and enhance decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• 25 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in manufacturing or design-to-delivery industries.
• Strong skills in Python, R,and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data management, model deployment, and predictive analytics.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based applications, including LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions / Cloud Run.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
