Job Brief
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a startup company based in Jeddah delivering AI solutions for businesses (B2B). The company focuses on helping organizations adopt AI in a practical, scalable, and value-driven way, translating advanced technology into measurable business outcomes.
The AI Solutions Consultant is a senior, executive-facing role that operates as an internal and external advisor. The position bridges business strategy, AI solution design, and delivery alignment. The role also carries commercial ownership related to the solutions and client accounts it supports, ensuring long-term value creation, solution success, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Lead structured discovery discussions to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Identify and shape AI use cases aligned with strategic and operational goals.
Solution & Commercial Ownership
- Own the solution definition from a business and commercial perspective.
- Ensure clarity and alignment between solution scope, value, and commercial expectations.
- Support deal shaping, solution positioning, and executive decision-making.
- Maintain responsibility for the commercial performance of supported solutions and client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional solution adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
- Support solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and strategic workshops.
- Contribute to proposals, solution documentation, and client-facing narratives.
Delivery Alignment
- Support client onboarding and early engagement phases.
- Ensure alignment between proposed outcomes and delivery execution.
- Build long-term client relationships through continuous advisory support.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in consulting, solutions, advisory, or similar client-facing roles within B2B environments.
- Strong background in senior consulting, solutions, or advisory roles.
- Proven experience engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Exposure to commercial responsibility related to solutions, accounts, or engagements.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Comfortable operating in startup or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to AI, data, analytics, automation, or advanced digital solutions is a strong advantage.
