Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assemble gas detectors, sensors, and other electronic products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of production components.
- Operate production software and update manufacturing records accurately.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing of assembled products.
- Identify and report defects, quality issues, or production abnormalities.
- Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Meet daily production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality inspectors, and production teams.
- Comply with all company policies, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and operational procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
- Experience assembling electronic products, gas detectors, sensors, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial assembly.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
- Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
