Assessor – Bespoke

Associate role | Dubai & regional | Project-based

Bespoke helps students and organisations make better career/people decisions. For 13 years we've designed and delivered assessment and development programmes for business schools and corporate clients across Europe. We're looking for experienced assessors to join our associate network.

What you'll do

Observe and evaluate candidates in assessment and development centres - interviews, role-plays, group exercises and case studies
Rate behaviour objectively against competency frameworks
Take part in wash-up sessions and reach well-evidenced, fair conclusions with fellow assessors
Write clear, concise candidate reports
Deliver constructive feedback to participants and, where needed, to client stakeholders

What you'll bring

Proven experience as an assessor in assessment or development centres
Background with a leading search or leadership advisory firm such as Egon Zehnder or Korn Ferry is highly valued
Strong observation, note-taking and evidence-based rating skills
Clear, well-structured written English
Confidence giving feedback at all levels, including senior leadership
Psychometric accreditation (e.g. BPS Level A/B) is an advantage
Experience in the GCC and a second language (Arabic in particular) are a plus
