We are looking for an Associate with 2-7 years of experience in Online Trading to support the operations, performance, and continuous enhancement of a growing online trading platform within a dynamic financial services environment.
This role focuses on ensuring seamless transaction processing, maintaining platform efficiency, supporting regulatory compliance, and enhancing the overall digital trading experience for clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, and external technology partners to optimize platform functionality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the online trading platform and ensure efficient transaction execution
- Monitor platform functionality, user activity, and trading performance metrics
- Assist in executing margin trading orders and monitoring maintenance margins and collateral requirements
- Contribute to the launch and development of a new online trading platform initiative
- Coordinate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain platform security and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Assist in preparing weekly and quarterly operational and transactional reports
- Support platform enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business needs
- Maintain accurate client trading records and user activity databases
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize platform performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in online trading operations, fintech, brokerage, or related fields
- Strong understanding of online trading platforms, order management systems, and market data solutions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to online trading services
- English proficiency required; Arabic is preferred
