Assignment Support Coordinator - HR Onboarding

We are looking for a highly motivated Assignment Support Coordinator to be part of our well-established team based in Dhahran.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manages the contractor pre-mobilization and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrates team work to achieve all area/discipline/client demands to ensure consistency of service.
• Effectively works with other support teams, for example, Commercial, Payroll and Travel, to ensure the contractor end to end process runs efficiently.
• Ensures the contractor experience is positive through delivering a good level of service and prompt response times.
• Collecting candidate documentation to process their access to the refinery site.
• Coordinating with new hires – meeting and greeting them and bringing them to the site to assist them with their HSE Inductions, on-boarding and orientations.
• Coordinating and liaising with our in-country visa agent to assist with the visa process and onboarding.
• Maintaining the onboarding dashboard on a daily basis keeping track of all new hires and updating their status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration/Coordination/Onboarding.
• Effective in time management.
• Being a team player and collaborating effectively with others to achieve targets.
• Excellent communicator in English and Arabic.
• Experience in project coordination/document control is a must.
