Great Minds Events Management is looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for international conferences and exhibitions.
- Drive delegate registrations through email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage event websites, content updates, and campaign performance.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Support media partnerships, speaker promotions, and event branding initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the B2B events, exhibitions, or conference industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
