Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll, expense claims, and internal audits
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP)
  • Understanding of Trade Finance (LC, TR, LBD) and Inventory Management
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT laws
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
