Provide administrative support to Property Management Team.
Efficiently manage the daily office administrative procedures.
Handle all the inquiries competently and respond to them.
Handle the document control and filling systems (digital and Physical)
Coordinate Team meetings with customer and their representatives.
Prepare KPI's reports on Occupancy, Maintenance and Customer Service.
Assistance PM functions such as maintaining an accurate database and filing system of all departmental correspondence, documents & reports.
Handling the correspondences, memos, reports, preparation of presentations requesting from the respective team members.
Liaise with all the department in DMC for various matters.
Compliance with Department and company policies and procedures requirements.
