Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo for an Assistant and Secretary. The role involves providing administrative support to executives, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. The Assistant and Secretary will also be responsible for clerical tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, scheduling, and document maintenance
  • Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and handling confidential information
  • Competence in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Proven Customer Service skills to ensure professional engagement with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred
