RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park
• Manage manpower planning, roster preparation and daily crew deployment to support smooth park operations.
• Support the training and onboarding of team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures, including safety checks for attractions and equipment, are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct routine operational and safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions where required.
• Oversee the maintenance schedule and inventory records for park equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the park is clean, safe and well maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels for retail and F&B items and investigate stock discrepancies where required.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally while maintaining a safe operating environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents and team members.
• Able to perform the physical activities required for the role, including standing and moving around the park for extended periods.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public or school holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
