Hiring: Assistant Brand Manager Fashion / E-Commerce (Dubai)
A fast-growing digital fashion platform in the GCC is looking for a creative, hands-on Assistant Brand Manager to help shape brand positioning, drive campaigns, and elevate the customer experience across all channels.
This is an amazing role for someone who thrives in a start-up style environment and wants to own real brand impact.
What you'll do
Execute brand strategy across the GCC market
Lead digital & offline brand campaigns (social, email, paid, influencers)
Build compelling content with designers, photographers & video teams
Strengthen e-commerce storytelling across product pages, UX and site content
Analyse consumer insights and market trends to refine brand positioning
Drive community engagement through UGC, influencer activity & creative concepts
Partner closely with buying, planning, supply chain and marketing teams
Manage budgets, track performance KPIs & report on brand health
What you bring
5+ years in brand management, marketing or e-commerce (fashion preferred)
Strong understanding of digital trends & e-commerce platforms
A genuinely creative mindset with the ability to execute
Analytical thinker who's comfortable with data-driven decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for fashion and the evolving online retail landscape
Preferred experience
Fashion e-commerce or DTC retail background
Influencer or creator-led campaign experience
Proven track record running brand campaigns with measurable results
