We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager with hands-on experience in FMCG environments to support the planning and execution of brand initiatives across multiple regional markets. The role involves managing end-to-end brand activities in a fast-paced FMCG setting, ensuring strong brand consistency, effective campaign execution, and alignment with commercial objectives.
This position is ideal for candidates who have worked on consumer brands with high-volume SKUs, frequent launches, and data-driven brand decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans, campaign calendars, and 360 marketing initiatives within an FMCG environment.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure brand initiatives align with commercial and distribution objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and ATL/BTL channels.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand identity, packaging guidelines, and communication standards.
- Track brand health metrics, campaign performance, market share trends, and competitor activity.
- Support new product launches, relaunches, and SKU-level initiatives.
- Assist in adapting content and campaigns across multiple markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Contribute to consumer insights gathering, cultural trends analysis, and social-first storytelling relevant to FMCG audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG companies (mandatory).
- Prior experience working on consumer goods, food & beverage, personal care, or similar FMCG categories.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; Turkish language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong experience managing agencies and executing multi-channel FMCG campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and FMCG consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving FMCG environment and manage multiple priorities.
