Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate product development and innovation with R&D.
• Manage digital, social media, influencer, PR, and retail activities.
• Support e-commerce growth, promotions, and product content.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
• Prepare brand performance reports and support budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Cosmetics Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Assistant Brand Management or Marketing.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare ,Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG is preferred.
• Experience with Makeup and/or Skincare brands is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
