Role Purpose:
- The Assistant Brand Manager Corporate supports the development and execution of Wadi Degla Developments corporate brand, ensuring a consistent, premium, and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
- The role focuses on uplifting the master brand, strengthening corporate storytelling, enhancing the sales experience across owned and paid channels, and supporting livability communication for legacy projects.
- Acting as a key executional partner, the role bridges strategy and delivery by coordinating creative development, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives in line with the mother brand strategy.
Scope of the Role:
- Work exclusively on the Corporate Brand of Wadi Degla Developments.
- Guide and align with sub-brands and business lines, including:
- First Home
- Second Home
- Ensure consistent master brand governance and storytelling across all sectors.
- Support the uplift of the end-to-end sales experience and actively drive the customer sales journey across all touchpoints.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share marketing content that builds the company's image in line with the marketing plan and brand strategy.
- Assist in the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure achievement of all targets supporting the master brand.
- Proactively take initiative to improve social media community engagement and scalable processes aligned with company growth objectives.
- Capture, analyze, and interpret social data, performance metrics, insights, and best practices, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Set up, manage, and optimize company pages across platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and support the execution of creative marketing and brand campaigns.
- Support outbound and inbound marketing initiatives across content development, optimization, advertising, and events planning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across multiple channels and formats.
- Provide monthly analysis of brand performance, including revenues and campaign effectiveness, with clear insights and recommendations.
- Execute assigned components of the marketing and brand plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and brand best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
