We are looking for a high-potential Business Assistant to work directly alongside the management team of a family-owned entrepreneurial group developing several businesses and new ventures.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. It is a business-focused role for an ambitious early-career professional who will support management on strategic priorities and contribute directly to the execution of high-impact projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor and business analysis
- Identify and assess new business opportunities
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes and decision-support materials
- Structure, coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects
- Contribute to business development and digital initiatives
- Track management decisions and ensure effective follow-through
- Liaise with internal teams and selected external partners
- Support management across a range of fast-moving business priorities
Candidate profile
- Graduate from a leading business school or equivalent top-tier institution
- Up to two years of professional experience
- Initial experience in consulting, business development, investment, a start-up or an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organised, agile and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
- Business-minded, execution-driven and attentive to detail
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- A valid European passport is mandatory for this position
