Job Description:

We are seeking professionals in the banking industry to manage compliance, documentation, and internal banking processes. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English and have overseas experience in corporate banking or compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and update KYC/AML due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance
• Support execution of compliance-related processes, including documentation review and regulatory reporting
• Prepare and review loan agreements, account documentation, and credit review reports
• Conduct financial analysis and market/industry research to support business decisions
• Coordinate follow-ups from client meetings and maintain proper records
• Assist in planning departmental meetings, conferences, and events
• Strictly follow banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal procedures
• Due to nature of job, fluency in Chinese is mandatory.
