Purpose of the job
To support Associate Director Frozen in the business expansion plans at an operational level by tracking day to day progress for the activities related to availability, freezer efficiency and assortment across SADAFCO locations (in KSA & outside). To have a high level of collaborations and networking with Sales teams, supply chain, Information technology, SKU and marketing teams and to be part of and support the aggressive plans for the frozen business.
Key Accountabilities
- Freezer Efficiency
- Monitor the new freezers deployment and rotation by using the existing tools available on intranet and power Bi. Generate and share related reports with sales team to execute the plans timely.
- Track shop closures by aligning with SKU team, check if the asset is taken out and trouble shoot and recording issues with IT and workshop. After all the checks are done then approve to close the shop in the system.
- Monitor the scanning of all the assets in system and work jointly with IT and sales to trouble shoot issue if any.
- Keep track of freezer universe at all touch points; market , warehouse and workshop.
- Category Management
- Analyze daily- sales data for reporting anomalies in sales trends, seasonal trends and create related to data for reporting.
- Track and analyze the performance of automated assortment, send update to sales team and liaise with supplier, IT and finance for payments and rectification of errors.
- Track and analyze the execution of promotional plans.
- Make arrangements to test the new planograms implementation.
- Update monthly business performance related to set KPIs.
- Frequent market visits in order to back check competition or internal compliance of the KPIs.
- Support to Marketing
- Work with the Marketing team to improve Point of sales distribution/tracking of execution in the market and to recommend improvements if any.
- Keep track of EC creations related to Discounts/FOCs, overspent if any and close the ECs timely.
- Training of Field Sales Team
- Develop and update training materials related to the best-in-class selling techniques and operational hygiene
Job Requirements
- Educational level: Minimum Bachelor degree. Masters degree will be desirable
- Specific diploma/education: Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT
- Minimum experience: 3 years of relevant experience in category management and sales.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be desirable
- Other requirements: Having advance level in Excel will be considered as advantage.
