This is a part-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chef, located in Doha, Qatar. The Assistant Chef will assist in preparing ingredients, following recipes, plating dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities may include supporting the Head Chef during service, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe execution
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage inventory and assist in supply ordering
• Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
• Culinary certifications or training preferred
• Ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
