Key Responsibilities & Criteria
- Assist the Club General Manager in overseeing daily club operations to deliver an outstanding experience for members and staff.
- Ensure the club is well-maintained, clean, and fully compliant with Arada Fitness & Wellness health and safety standards.
- Support in recruiting, training, and developing a diverse and high-performing team.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
- Lead by example to motivate staff and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and supporting strategies to maximize profitability.
- Contribute to implementing operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and address member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming, customer-centric atmosphere aligned with brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the fitness, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment with an understanding of P&L management.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and member experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team effectively.
