Assistant Community Manager - Owners association

COMMUNITY MANAGER – OWNERS ASSOCIATION

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Community Manager – Owners Association to manage the day-to-day operations of residential communities and ensure a high standard of service, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Owners Association and community

• Coordinate with residents, owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers

• Oversee community facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and other FM services

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Owners Association requirements

• Manage service providers, contracts, budgets, and community-related expenses

• Handle resident and owner queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

• Organize and coordinate Owners Association meetings and communications

• Monitor community standards, health & safety, and service quality

• Prepare reports, budgets, operational updates, and management presentations

• Work closely with the property developer and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth community operations

Candidate Profile

3+ years of relevant experience in Community Management / Owners Association / Property Management in the UAE

Strong knowledge of Dubai property and Owners Association regulations

Experience managing residential communities or large developments

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Excellent communication and customer-service abilities

Good understanding of FM, maintenance, budgeting, and community operations

UAE experience is essential
