Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate standard and actual costs for all food, Paper, Condiments and inventory Costing.
• Review Stores inventory Counting, Movement, E&MM, Complete & Raw Waste
• Review Stores petty Cash
• Review Sales orders before posting
• Assist in analyzing variances and investigate root causes.
• Support menu item costing and Gross Margin analysis for LTOs (Limited-Time Offers), new product introductions, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure updated and accurate cost inputs.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in costing, P&L management and financial analysis.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft AX Dynamics is an advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CMA is preferred.
