As the Assistant CSR Manager, you will lead impactful social sustainability projects, drive employee engagement, and ensure measurable outcomes aligned with company and regional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage CSR Initiatives: Create and execute the annual CSR strategy, focusing on meaningful social impact aligned with business goals and regional sustainability priorities.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams to set clear social impact objectives and ensure consistent tracking of progress, adjusting strategies where necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Engage with External Partners: Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders like community groups, NGOs, and government, fostering collaborations that drive long-term social change.
- Empower Employees through Engagement: Design and implement internal campaigns that encourage employees to participate in volunteer opportunities and community-focused events, strengthening the company's cultural commitment to CSR.
- Track and Communicate Impact: Gather data on CSR activities, monitor performance, and share updates with leadership and external stakeholders, showcasing progress and ensuring transparency.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field, with a focus on project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence others.
- Proven experience in designing and executing impactful CSR programs, particularly in employee and community engagement.
- Familiarity with regional sustainability frameworks and government initiatives related to CSR.
