We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Design to join our team. The role will be responsible to manage and review LTS design submissions, ensure compliance with DHLE design control regulations, and provide highquality technical reviews, guidance, and timely decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and review all LTS submissions including new designs, amendments, and asbuilt drawings.
• Conduct technical assessments against DHLE DCR, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
• Validate area calculations and ensure alignment with approved development parameters.
• Issue design review reports, NOCs, stamped drawings, and rejection letters where required.
• Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify comments or resolve issues.
• Prepare design presentations and technical material for management review or approvals.
• Ensure all workflows are processed within SLA and with high technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, GIS, Infrastructure) and external authorities to expedite NOCs.
• Support continuous improvement of design guidelines to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Undertake additional design tasks and special assignments as requested by management.
• Enhance guidelines and regulations to align with clients demands, needs and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different authorities to speed up obtaining relevant NOC's, if needed.
• Coordinate with different disciplines internally and externally to ensure a smooth experience betweek DHLE, the client and appointed consultant/contractor.
• Ensure adherence to the Dubai Building Code in all applicable processes and reviews

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 5 years of Architecture Design and review
• Autocad, BIM, MS office, Revit, Sketchup, Presentation preparation softwares.
• DDA, DM & Trakhees Design Review Guidelines, Dubai Building Code
