Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, based in El Sheikh Zayed. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web traffic data, managing social media marketing campaigns, and driving lead generation efforts. The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the broader marketing team in enhancing engagement, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring successful digital outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Ability to interpret data analytics and generate actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes and strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape
