Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxor for an Assistant Director of Sales. The Assistant Director of Sales will support the development and execution of sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and manage relationships with key clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets. Collaboration with other departments to ensure consistent customer satisfaction will also be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Customer Service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams with effective Team Management skills.
• Proficiency in Business Development strategies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is an asset.
