Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Sales, based in Jeddah. The Assistant Director of Sales will manage daily sales operations, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and work closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, creating sales plans, and analyzing market trends to gain a competitive advantage. The role also involves cross-department collaboration to enhance customer experiences and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Competitor Research.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing operational processes.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and proficiency in hotel management software is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
