What you'll do:

As part of the Facilities Management team, you'll oversee maintenance operations, service providers, and infrastructure systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and leadership to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan and execute general services and facilities management activities across sites.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and lifecycle programs.
- Monitor contractor and service provider performance to ensure compliance with KPIs and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and inspect electrical, mechanical, and civil systems for safety, functionality, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for operational and infrastructure issues.
- Operate and manage the Building Management System (BMS); perform PPM audits and quality checks.
- Maintain utility trackers and prepare regular FM reports (weekly/monthly) for management.
- Raise PRs, procurement requests, and finance tickets in line with company procedures.
- Prepare work permits and relevant documentation for job execution.
- Create and manage snag lists covering civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
- Enforce HSE procedures and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Support internal teams with operational and organizational requirements.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in facilities management in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
