Assistant Finance Controller

We are looking for an Assistant Finance professional with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, who is ambitious, detail-driven, and eager to grow into a senior Finance /Finance Controller role in the UAE within the next 12 months.

This is a hands-on growth position, working directly with senior leadership on financial planning, cost optimisation, tax efficiency, and performance control across our aviation holding.

What you'll be involved in:

* Financial planning & budgeting

* Cost control, optimisation, and margin analysis

* Cash flow monitoring and forecasting

* Support on tax structuring and compliance (UAE & international exposure)

* Financial reporting for management and shareholders

* Building financial discipline as the business scales

What we're looking for:

* 3 to 6 years of experience in the UAE

* Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics

* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

* Curious, proactive, and business-minded

* Comfortable working in a fast-growing, operational environment

* Clear ambition to become a Finance Controller / CFI
