Job Description
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, in accordance with IFRS and GAAP
- Support compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings within required timelines
- Provide financial data and support for internal and external audits
- Support the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and highlight variances against budgets
- Collaborate with department heads to review budgets and track actual expenses versus budget
- Provide analytical support to aid strategic and operational decision-making
Financial Operations Support
- Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Assist in maintaining effective internal controls and financial processes
- Review financial contracts, agreements, and pricing structures for accuracy and compliance
Financial Strategy & Business Support
- Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Assist in identifying financial risks and supporting risk mitigation initiatives
- Provide financial analysis and modeling support for business development and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure or client-side experience handling Big 4 auditors
- Working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, including experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite
- Experience using financial systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
