Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance
Location:Hyderabad
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Experience Required: Chartered Accountant (CA) + Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure timely closure of books in accordance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS)
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Audit & Compliance:
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions
Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely collections and payments
Reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts
Taxation & Regulatory Filings:
Prepare and file returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Process Improvement:
Assist in automation and streamlining of accounting processes
Support implementation of ERP systems and finance tools
Internal Controls:
Strengthen internal control systems and processes
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard accounting practices
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and compliance
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, direct & indirect taxation, and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
