Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for a high-caliber Assistant Manager - Finance (CA/CMA) to join our finance team. At this level, you are not just executing reports; you are an owner of financial visibility and discipline across the organization. You will drive MIS, FP& A, and financial operations while working closely with business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong balance of analytical rigor, operational execution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Own budgeting, forecasting, and FP& A processes to support business growth.
• MIS and Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
• AR and AP Management: Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure financial data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualification: CA/CMA.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, FPA, or accounting roles.
• Core Skills: Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems/tools.
• Business Acumen: Ability to work cross-functionally and understand business drivers.
