Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our guests experience seamless arrivals, personalized stays, and memorable departures, all in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Desk.

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out, accurate room allocations, and personalized handling of VIP guests and special requests.

Respond promptly to guest concerns, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Supervise, train, and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Monitor service standards (Forbes/LQA) to ensure consistency in delivering luxury guest experiences.

Support the Front Office Manager in managing departmental budgets, schedules, and payroll.

Drive upselling initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities at the desk.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements:

35 years of Front Office experience in luxury five-star hotels, with proven supervisory or assistant management background.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
