We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Front Office Manager to support the opening of
Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the
Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll support the Front Office Manager in leading the pre-opening and operational readiness of the Front Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with care, and supports the development of a high-performing team while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-opening front office setup, systems implementation, and team readiness
- Supervise daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and night audit
- Ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences
- Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and escalation management
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and departmental administration
- Train, coach, and motivate front office colleagues
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2–3 years experience in hotels as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts
