Our company is seeking a proactive and highly organizationally oriented Assistant Manager in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate the schedules of the manager and work teams and facilitate communication between different departments.

Prepare periodic reports and provide essential analyses to support decision-making.

Organize meetings, schedule activities, document outcomes, and follow up on implementation.

Assist in managing specific projects and monitor their progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Handle with visitor and client requirements and provide necessary logistical support.

Contribute to improving procedures and processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Level: Trainee.

Years of Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment or administrative support.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure, with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, report writing, and document management.

Excellent and professional communication skills in Arabic; basic English proficiency is preferred.

Required Skills: Effective time management and prioritization.

Confidential and accurate handling of data and information.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare correspondence and reports.

Familiarity with administrative procedures, interdepartmental coordination, and basic negotiation skills.

Initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to provide high-quality technical and administrative support.
